At Feijen, we are used to working for many different customers in a variety of industries.
Often these are OEMs from the semiconductor, transportation, electrical, logistics, food or medical industries with whom we have a long-term relationship.
We are regularly audited and our PPM performance is measured.
Short lead times and time reduction
We like to be involved at an early stage in the products we make. How can a product best be made, with which tolerances, with which production techniques and especially at what cost price. From a 3D model that we receive or draw ourselves in ONE-CNC, the CNC programs that serve as the starting point for production are created. The work instructions and parts list are recorded in our system. The entire revision management is also recorded. This results in short lead times and time reduction.
